About this page

Xlinfe builds AI products and software. This page explains how we handle information when you visit our site, contact us, use Ask AI, subscribe to our notes, book a meeting, or work with us.

Client projects may involve other information and tools. The agreement for each project may set more specific terms. When we handle information for a client, that client may need to answer requests about it.

Our own products have their own privacy pages. For Hallbase, our software for congregations, see the Hallbase privacy policy.

What we collect

Our contact form asks for your name, email address, and project details. Depending on the form, you can also add a company name, estimated budget, how you found us, the project location, or a link to plans. If you email us, we receive your address and message.

If you subscribe to our notes, we collect your email address. If you book a meeting, we receive the contact details, time, and answers you enter in the booking form.

If you use Ask AI, we process your messages, its responses, and the page you are viewing. It asks for your approval before it sends a project inquiry to us.

When you visit the site, we receive technical details such as your IP address, browser, the page you request, and the time of your visit. During client work, we may also receive business contact details and project materials that a client shares with us.

How we use it

We use this information to answer questions, review projects, arrange meetings, send notes you requested, and do client work. We also use site data to keep the website working and safe, and to see which pages people use.

When a legal basis is required, we use your consent for email notes. We use contracts or steps before a contract for project work. We use our legitimate interest to answer inquiries and to run, protect, and measure the site. We also use information to meet legal duties.

Ask AI

Ask AI answers questions about our work and services. To reply, the AI system receives what you type, some earlier messages, and the page you are viewing. Please do not share passwords, payment details, or private client information in this public chat.

We save a copy of the chat in your browser so you can return to it. The chat's delete control clears that copy. It does not erase records already sent to run the chat. Email us if you want to ask about those records.

Analytics and storage

We use analytics to see which pages people visit and general details such as their country, approximate city and region, device, browser, and referring site. We estimate location from the network address. This helps us improve the site. Our site analytics does not use cookies to follow you across websites.

Your browser stores your color theme and a copy of your Ask AI chat. You can clear this data in your browser settings. This will reset your theme and remove the chat copy on that device.

When we share it

We use outside services to host the site, send emails, manage subscriptions, book meetings, and answer Ask AI messages. They receive the information needed to do those tasks.

We may also use tools for client projects under the project agreement. We may share information when the law requires it or when we need to protect the site and its users. Other websites linked from this site have their own privacy practices.

Keeping information safe

We keep inquiries and project records while we need them to respond, work together, or meet legal duties. We keep your email address while you subscribe to our notes. We may keep a record of your unsubscribe request so we do not email you again. The services we use may also keep records under their own schedules.

We limit access to information and take steps to protect it. No online service is completely secure. Email us if you think information you shared with us has been exposed.

Your choices

You do not have to send an inquiry, use Ask AI, subscribe, or book a meeting. You can unsubscribe from notes through a link in an email or by emailing us. You can also clear the theme and chat data stored in your browser.

Depending on where you live, you may ask to see, correct, delete, or get a copy of your information. You may also ask us to limit or stop some uses, withdraw consent, or complain to a data protection authority. Email us with your request. We may need to confirm that the request came from you.

Where information is handled

Some services we use may handle information outside your country. Privacy laws there may differ. Email us if you want more details.

Changes and contact

We may update this page when our services or practices change. We will show the new date at the top.
