Who you work with

I started Xlinfe in 2015. I work directly with your team to understand the problem, design the solution, and build it.

My work spans interfaces, code, data, AI, and deployment. You can discuss decisions directly with me throughout the project.

When the work needs a specialist, such as our architect for 3D walkthroughs, I bring them in. I remain responsible for the delivery.

Based in the Dominican Republic

We’re based in the Dominican Republic and work in English with teams in the United States and beyond. We agree on shared working hours and use your team’s repository, chat, and project tracker.

Our principles

  • Agree on success.

We agree on success measures, delivery checks, and support before work starts.

  • Start with the task.

We look at how your team works and where it needs help before choosing the technology.

  • Test the results.

We measure each system on the tasks it needs to complete. You see the results.

  • People in control.

We agree where people review work and approve actions. We build those checks into the system.

  • Keep it simple.

If a rule, a form, or one well-built agent does the job, that’s what we build.

  • Be clear about limits.

We make realistic commitments, raise risks early, and define what a system shouldn’t do.

Let’s talk about your project.

Tell us what you want to build or improve. Erik will read your message and reply by email.
